Your data will be collected by Your Gloves BV and any externally engaged parties.

These persons can be directly or indirectly identified by their name, id number, location data online identification or other data that capture your characteristics of a person. (For example, physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity characteristics).

We collect personal data mainly for the (business) relationship we have with you such as processing your orders.

Article 13(2)(b) AVG says that everyone has the right to access the data stored about you. You can request rectification and deletion of data or restriction of what is stored, processed or transferred on the basis of this article. To do so, please contact info@YourGlovesBV.nl

If you submit such a request, you must also enclose a copy of a valid ID card with the address where we can contact you and your signature. We will reply to your question and request within one month. (If your question is very difficult, it may also take up to two months for us to reply).









Art. 8 Processing of your personal data



If the authorities suspect a visitor to our website of violating laws or regulations and make a request to make that visitor's personal data available, it will be provided to them after an explicit and well-reasoned request. As a result, the personal data are no longer subject to the protection of this privacy protocol. 

If information is required to access the website and its functions, this is communicated when leaving the requested information.
